I can’t help chuckling when I saw this, It looks like something Andrew would come up with. Joe is Building a Princess Sharpie 22 designed by Graham Byrnes of B&B Yacht designs. Graham is also the designer of the Spindrift I’m planning to build
.
Eventually, Joe’s boat will look something like this, albeit a little smaller. It’s quite surprising how small builder can put a boat together so fast! 
I was able to find this book in one of those used book stores in Star Mall Las Piñas. Titled "Basic Cruising", it is published by the U.S. Sailing association. It’s a little advanced for what I needed, but I suppose I’d be needing this sooner or later, it was a good read, lots of illustrations and it covered some of the basics pretty well.
